Cooking Demonstration
Last week, our Primary 5, 6 and 7 pupils enjoyed a fantastic live cooking demonstration delivered by the Livestock and Meat Commission for Northern Ireland.
Leanne visited our school and treated the children to three exciting cooking demonstrations, preparing a range of delicious dishes using locally produced beef and lamb. Pupils had the opportunity to watch each recipe being prepared and cooked, while also learning about the importance of choosing Quality Assured meat produced in Northern Ireland.
The sessions were both educational and enjoyable, helping the children to understand where their food comes from and the high standards maintained by local farmers and producers. Of course, the best part was getting to sample some of the tasty dishes at the end!
A big thank you to Leanne and the Livestock and Meat Commission for delivering such an informative and engaging experience for our pupils.
