Multicultural Music and Dance Program

Today we were delighted to welcome the Multicultural Music and Dance Program to our school. During the visit, the children enjoyed learning about music from around the world and discovering the history of different musical instruments.

The programme gave pupils the opportunity to take part in a range of traditional dances, including Irish dancing, Highland dancing, traditional Chinese fan dancing and Indian dance. Some children also had the chance to wear traditional dress from different cultures, which made the experience even more exciting and memorable.

It was a fantastic day for everyone involved. The children had great fun, learned a lot about different cultures and thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the activities.
