Congratulations to all of our Primary Six and Seven pupils who successfully completed this year’s Cycling Proficiency Scheme.
Beginning on 25th March, the pupils took part in a series of training sessions designed to develop their cycling skills, road awareness and confidence. Through both off-road and on-road activities, the children learned how to carry out a range of manoeuvres, identify potential hazards and cycle safely and responsibly in real-life traffic situations.
The programme provides valuable practical experience and equips young cyclists with important road safety skills that they can continue to use for years to come.
A special thank you to Mr King and Mrs McCarthy for their commitment, expertise and encouragement throughout the scheme. Their guidance helped prepare the pupils for their final assessment and contributed to another successful year of Cycling Proficiency.
Well done to all the pupils for their hard work and dedication. We hope they continue to enjoy cycling safely and confidently in the future.
