P7 Dragons Den
Primary 7 pupils have been working incredibly hard as part of the Junior Entrepreneur Programme (JEP) developing a wide range of creative and thoughtful business ideas to present at this afternoon’s Dragons’ Den event. Working in groups, the children carried out detailed market and product research, carefully calculated costs, and designed their own PowerPoint presentations to confidently pitch their ideas.
Our Dragons were highly impressed and faced the challenging task of deciding which businesses to invest in. After much consideration, two standout groups were selected: Flower Power and Top of the Top.
The P7 class will now move forward with setting up their businesses and preparing their products for sale — an exciting next step in their entrepreneurial journey.
A huge thank you to our three Dragons, Mrs Quinn, Mr Lyness and Mrs Lyness, for generously giving their time, listening so attentively to each pitch, and offering such positive and valuable feedback. Their support and encouragement were greatly appreciated by both pupils and staff.
We look forward to sharing more updates as our young entrepreneurs continue to develop their businesses — stay tuned!
