The Many Faces of Nature’s Beauty By P.5
Our Primary 5 pupils have been exploring the theme “The Many Faces of Nature’s Beauty” through a wonderfully creative art project. Inspired by the natural world around them, each child crafted a unique self-portrait using items gathered from the environment—leaves, berries, twigs, and conkers. As they worked, they engaged their senses: feeling the varying textures of leaves and the smoothness of conkers, inhaling the fresh, earthy scents of nature, and observing the vibrant colours that surrounded them. These imaginative creations reflect not only their self-image but also their appreciation for nature’s rich tapestry.
The project was completed in a calm and reflective atmosphere, with soothing music playing in the background to encourage mindfulness and creativity. The results are truly beautiful and showcase the children’s individuality and artistic flair, inviting us to see the world through their eyes.
We’re incredibly proud of their work—well done, P.5!
